Is anyone running a surge tank on these Winders? Below half tank my sled is running lean on boost. I know this was a week known problem with the 2012-16 Procross Cats.

They have an internal surge tank in them stock.

I don't see any change in AF with full or low tank myself. How much change in AF are you seeing?

Full boost it goes from 12.3 to 17+... doesn’t do it with the tank full tho.

I’m losing fuel pressure somewhere because when it goes lean you can feel the boost fall off.

Thats not right or good to hear at all. How long are you in the throttle before it runs out of fuel like that?

I've had it happen with my old 1200's where they needed a surge tank and run out of fuel below half tank.

First I've heard of this happening on a Winder. Which tune and did it do it stock?

I cut the throttle as soon as it happens.

Right but how long are you in the throttle when it happens? till 80? 100? What.

And what tune? 12.3 even sounds leaner than normal.

ECO tune and it happens fast. Maybe 3-4 seconds after full throttle is applied.

It’s been bumpy as hell. So anything is possible.

I can clearly see the surge tank in the diagram. I shouldn’t need anything else. Ran fine for 100 miles today. But later in the day it started acting up. Gonna due what Ben suggested and have him send me new tunes. Waaaay to many issues with this bundle.

Mine was cutting out when I do standing starts , with anything under 1/3 of a tank . The two pick ups , one was not laying in bottom of tank , had to reposition it . # 30 on diagram. If you hammered through a really rough trail they must bounce around.
