Wow that's long. I was wondering if I should go 1.325 on a 1 inch. How many km a year do you put on with those?

IMHO This sled likes a tighter than spec track , and it also likes a longer than spec stud !

I agree. I just figured the purpose of Woody's spec was twofold. First, they didn't want to see overly long studs getting bent and have customers complain. Second, they didn't want overly long studs tearing up the tunnel or heat exchanger. Agree though that track needs to be tight!

IMHO This sled likes a tighter than spec track , and it also likes a longer than spec stud !

Spec is for an unstudded track! Once you add 15 lbs of metal to it, you have to tighten it up or it will tear up your tunnel.
If it ain't tight, it ain't right!
I follow recommendation in PEFI video and my studs never hit anything. I use 1.625" on 1.25" track.
