Not sure how long its been available but I finally can just reduce the file size and hit ADD. THANKS GUYS and Frank

Within the section where you post your reply, click on the smiley face circled in red to access the emoji and clicking on the picture icon circled in blue to access drop box to drag photo you want to attach where it will get reduced/resized.

That stuff is shaded out on my phone and won't let me click on it. I used to be able to click on stuff there.

I just used my iPhone and it worked amazing to select the size of the picture I wanted and post, so much easier!! Thank you!
