Thunder Products (Big Venom Viper kit) with Heavy Hitters

Nos, I don't know what is going on with my big venom clutch kit. But I couldn't hit 100mph on my LTX LE. Not sure what to do right now. I ran some great trails last winter in quebec.

Since the highest mountain in Sweden is about 6900 ft, I will be driving 90% of the time below 1700ft.
So ill try 3/4 Allen, 3/8 aluminium and 3/8 steel with thick washer.
How does that sound? I know its very personal how you like your setup but im trying to get a starting Point since we dont have any snow yet.

LTX LE may be geared for only 95mph. Do you know what gearing you have? What track are you running?

Yes. I ran it for 2 years. I did all the testing. Pm me if you need information.

Thanks. It was 10 degrees, hard and flat for almost a mile. Barely saw 95 one way..other way against wind was 93. Im shimmed with gates 8dn belt and big venom kit...rest is stock. I was hitting 93_94 stock before thes modifications. Disappointed. .

Took out my stock 01 srx 700 directly after on same stretch and hit 119 on the dreamometer...

First ride of the season today. Finally got to test run the big venom kit and (gates) 8dn size belt that I installed over the summer. So far I am very happy with the performance. The guys at thunder products had it dialed in right out of the box. It pulls harder and longer. Makes much better use of the low end torque than the stock setup did. I'm still waiting for the lake to freeze more before I do a top speed run. I'll report the results later.

My heavy hitters have 4 holes. One in the heel and 3 along the wing of the weight. In looking at directions it only shows two holes along the wing of the weight.

Was their a design change? There is a hole in between the two screws in the picture on the wing of the weight.

I don't think the hole between the the two set screws is threaded.

Thanks, also I pulled apart my secondary to clean it. Wondering if it has to go back together in a certain fashion such as alignment markers for balance etc....

Did not mark it myself....
