Remember when there was 121" + increments of 15". It was a good system. A 7.5" extension got you up to the next length from any size. Dealers could stock three tracks and a set of extensions and fit anything. The next size up increased the sled length by the diameter of the rear wheel, there is no need to bridge the gap by offering every increment of one track pitch. Speaking of track pitch we now have every possible length x 3 similar but not compatible pitches. I am sure 144" is a great length to ride, but 151" is better, or 136" is better. Thanks.
 

after riding 121's for years, I swithched to a 136" and I wont go back for the type of riding I do.

But I do remember there being basically 3 sizes, and I dont think it was that long ago.

Simpler times?
