I have the GT's mono out on the bench and thinking I would like more wt shift. I weigh 270, have big boy spring set to proper rear shock spring tension for sag. Have added 144 studs. Stock everything else.
What are guys experiences with max or near max transfer?
Did it affect off throttle handle or ride? - wouldn't think so but I have missed things before. :ORC
Were do most have it set? - mine is toward min transfer and was front end planted with out the studs.
Any info from those who have played with the settings would be appreciated. I know with my old bender rods you could make the sled a dangerous wheelie machine or totally planted.
Thanks

Leave it the way it is or it will become a wheelie monster and you will not turn it in the corners when trying to pick up the throttle.yamadoo said:I have the GT's mono out on the bench and thinking I would like more wt shift. Sled Freak,
How sensitive is this set up, I want more wt shift, but not wheelie machine.
Had/have proaction with Bender rods and found the sweet spot at 3- 4 lines showing, Was wondering if anyone has changed theres enough to have an oppinion.
Any favorite settings?

Ya, I have moved mine all over the map and you don't need to move it much. It does have alot of adjustability. I would take your wrench with you and go for a ride and make changes as you ride. test it out in a field.

I had this question presented to me....
Would anyone be interested in a different lock nut for the transfer rod that is hand adjustable so you don't have to take your wrenches out each time?

Of course!!
This is perfect for when you wanna have some fun with wheelies on the lake and then drive home via the trails without driving off the trails into the ditch because the skis are in the air too much.
Anodized blue or something would be really sweet!

Max setting
I run my Attack at Max setting as well. Love to be able to blip the throttle and lift the skis!

thanks guys
Turk why do you get less top end ? I believe you just can not think it through.
I will move mine toward but not all the way to max transfer.
SRXSPEC I would like non wrench, prefer the spring loaded type set ups- pull down then free to rotate, let go and spring engageslock mechanism, but have to admit not worth alot of cash to me may be 50 -75. just thinking out loud
Thanks Yamadoo
