TT: Well,after sleeping on it, I think I'll just put a mesh hood on or something. Just need to know how those light of yours work before I do a headlight delete on mine....

They are brighter than stock headlights

I talked to your friend yesterday that has the Apex mountain that is being parted out. I am VERY interested in both the running board heat exchangers from that sled, but he wants 2K for them - a little step - I was hoping for 1000-1500kr.

Well I couldn't resist ordering the windshield I had my mind on when I started the conversion with the apex plastic
The windshield color is flat black - hood, fuel tank shroud and exhaust covers will be painted in the same color

Kinger did you get ahold of a 162 skid or did you by extensions for the zx-2 skid?
Aja636 are you done with installing the xp fuel tank and seat? The neew xp boss seat would make that conversion looks almost stock

No I haven't, this summer jammed me up and didn't touch the sled at all. I am just getting all the other parts ordered up to finish the other mods I am doing. The seat tank combo is the last thing right now. I got to figure that one out still on how to mount it good.

I like it. What are your plans for it when you get it ready for snow? I know of one bad #*$&@ Apex motor for you....A little on the steep side financially, but you've already spent some $$ so why not take it all out. Anybody say 400+ hp and FI?
Picked mine up from the barn today ad put it at the shop here in Alta. We'll work on it this weekend. I'll probably give you a call during the weekend if you're avaliable. I need the measurements for the Apex suspension in the RX-1. I just wish somebody around here had some Timbersled or similar drop dow brackets for me.
