Just a quick btw on this subject. If you are riding anywhere that you need an avalanche beacon, be aware that an ipod/iphone with music playing interferes with the beacon in search mode. The beacon will transmit fine, but if you are searching for your buddy be sure to turn the music off or you won't find them.
Zumo 550 gps with XM and a music sd card using helmet speakers. I can listen to pretty much anything I want. Sure makes those long ride days more enoyable.

ok i like the music idea for riding, however my favorite tune is genisis 4 stroke and i only get to hear it one season a year, but im sure i speak for someothers hear i go riding to AVOID phone calls
