If You don't need the handle bars look how simple they are 4 equal tubes 2 into 1 opposite pulses keeps the velocity equal. Your header came out great and I think I may need to make a better downpipe now though. -Ed

Very nice but I am curious as to where the handlebars are going.

It certainly is a Garrett GT2560R, part number 466541-4 in fact I still have it but it now has a coated housing.
That is the turbo I ran for the first 2 years and the first 2 weekends this past season before changing to a hybrid 28RS.
I set an all time fastest 5.20 131 mph with that 2560 turbo before switching.

I have 2 means of steering! I put 2 turboed RX motors in one off road car, so I have the steering wheel, and each motor runs its own rear wheel with throttle control biased by the steering wheel. I speed up the outside motor and slow down the inside motor on turns perportional to the steering wheel. I have a couple photos here: http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php? ... 132901e0d3
I just started the right motor yesterday and should be running it this week.

Guys I just want to report that I have sled running with the new header and down pipe on. I notice differences immediately, Idle had to be pulled down by 500 and throttle response off idle is very crisp and instant, gave it a few shots I think I have made some great improvements with my new header, If anyone wants one call Dave at Powdewr Lites he will definitely build these into production, every year the apex finds power, but I guss we need more due to 427 h.p. ski-doos

What ski-doos? At 427 HP? Who, where, how and what? Man now I'm desperately in need for a mid mount header for my RX
