I got those in post #68
Stainless steel. 3/8" 0.410" 0.830" 0.090"-0.110" Rockwell C46 10 91074A[4]31 10.06
I was waiting for an appointment with them in a web cart at McMaster when I started calling. No at 2 Fastenal locations, yes at this obscure machine shop supply - great find! Full of catalogs and dusty old displays.

My bolt was tight and it's easy to get at with the Turbo Force exhaust installed. I have 145 miles on so far.

Fastenal by me said they have the 3/8th. Inside measures 10.something ,Will that work?
Like others have said, make sure the OD is .82 or so. The ones I got at fastenal are pretty narrow. They were .53 OD. I just ordered the ones Cannondale posted on page 5 of this thread

I couldn't get the bid out. I broke the bolt free with vice grips easily and I'm going to replace with hex head.if you remember my post on this in the past...I describe taking the torx bit out of the sckeet and putting into the box end of a combination wrench...in my description...there is no sacrificing of the tool though...

It's at the Dealer now, and he says they're expecting the TSB tomorrow.

I used a regul
why you need a Torx bit the turbo bolts that are loose are 13mm the 6 exhaust bolts need a t50 torx. I didn't use a ball end just a regular torx.100 miles and two bolts are loose haven't got to third yet, heat shield is cracked. Need a ball end torx bit, never seen a ball end torx.

Cat sells them. I heard Ulmer or Excell has them. Get a T50 socket and punch the Torx out out then use an adjustable to turn the bit.100 miles and two bolts are loose haven't got to third yet, heat shield is cracked. Need a ball end torx bit, never seen a ball end torx.
