Pics of the donor sled. The entire font end was being held by the tie rod ends. Once those were removed the bumper thru to the A arms came off in one piece.

It would have been awesome if you had a camera in your shop filming your progress... no need to speed up the recording as there would be nothing but a blur and parts magically appearing on the sled! MAN you can move!
