Which belt?

Wonder if the tried and true 8DN is the belt for this sled or if it's a 200.00 Cat belt? Any dealers at the show see this and notice?

Should be close to current 8DN pricing. The centre to centre on the clutches is a tad longer

This was one of my few concerns, I was very happy to hear this sled should not have any of the cat belt issues and use our cheap Yamaha belts. Win!

The number on the belt off Viper I posted pics of was 8dn-17641-10 so same number except for the 10 which for all the rest of Yamahas is 01. Part # does not come up in a Yamaha part search yet though so no price yet.

Cats issues are not the belt, it's clutching.
Cat uses the same belt manufacturer as Yamaha.
So their belt priceing means "bring your own Vaseline cause theirs has sand in it".

The first thing the rep said was the price of the belt was going to be the same..like nytro a rule said it isn't the belt that's the problem on the cats it's the clutches......

It the clutches that problem cat went to a different supplier last year this year they are using a US supplier this year.
