Adjustable fuel pressure? Do you have this or just running stock fuel pump/pressure? Running same exhaust components? (any changes in components recently?) Boost numbers normal?I've already changed plugs , didn't help and they were pretty black so getting plenty of fuel I assume, haven't ruled out fuel pressure yet.
Changed and adjusted throttle cable.
Checked all clamps and hose to map sensor and air box, no ice or moisture of any sort.

Non off that, been running hurricane 270 single ecu flash with their quiet trail exhaust, 3 bar map sensor, hurricane charge tubes and turbo smart bov and thunder products clutching, first issue I've had with it in 6500 milesAdjustable fuel pressure? Okay. Sounds strange that its doing it while turning bars to the left. Sounds like TORS or maybe something electrical on the handle bars. Black plugs is another clue possibly. You try Dave over at Hurricane maybe? Any chance you have another 3 bar sensor to swap out?Non off that, been running hurricane 270 single ecu flash with their quiet trail exhaust, 3 bar map sensor, hurricane charge tubes and turbo smart bov and thunder products clutching, first issue I've had with it in 6500 miles

No it shuts off on me when coming to a stop and turning left, it'll also shut off when I lock the track up going straight but backfired and reduces power when I get on it hard, it's fine if I ride it like a boomer.
I did reach out to Dave at hurricane, he said the map sensor is fine if it read's 0.6-3.8 in the diagnostic mode and it does, he thinks it's a fuel pump issue, which I don't agree with

Stock fuel pump? If its the original stocker I would replace it. If not electrical/TORS then fuel pressure/pump would be next test. You have a fuel pressure tester? Did you run the fuel return line to the rear fuel slipper where pump sits?

What about the throttle switch in the handlebar?

Stock pump, I believe it to be something electrical/tors related as when I turn the sled off and turn it back on, the first 3 pulls it goes like a bat out of hell but will backfire and reduce power on the 4th pull and all beyond

I've been reading that electrical safety switches need to sense something wrong 2-3 times before they engage to try and compensate

Throttle switch seems to be good and property adjusted, I hear it clicking and and can just barely slide a credit card between the flipperWhat about the throttle switch in the handlebar?

It may be electrical but be aware your pushing the fuel pump(stock) for 270 tune. especially if you do not have return line running into slipper in back.

Do an ohms test on the switch to confirm good connection.

He should get a guage plumbed in to monitor while riding. It may be electrical but be aware your pushing the fuel pump(stock) for 270 tune. especially if you do not have return line running into slipper in back.

Yes that was my thinking also. Kind of a pain but its the best way without AFR gauge and or data logging! He should get a guage plumbed in to monitor while riding.

Black plugs....rich....not enough air, something plugging up the intake....or....too much fuel, fuel pressure relief stuck closed, leaky injectors, tps, or mapping (ecm). Just thinking out loud.
I changed my plugs for the hell of it today 6,700mi running great. Toasty looking light brown, .032" gap on all.
New NGK CR8E x3 gapped at .028". 17 bucks at Autozone.
