Interesting that Arctic Cat shows a part number for the complete engine...Yamaha does not.
Maybe your dealer should have ordered you a TCat engine to install...couple weeks and done.

Arctic Cat has a part number and price for complete Tcat engine...same as SW engine...number 1 on parts diagram

IMO:
After catastrophic engine failure a complete new motor would be much better and faster solution then a rebuild made up of used and salvaged remnants of the dead engine.
