installed head studs snd a cometic gasket both bought from td,i checked the head for warpage with a machinest straight edge i have.. it was perfect, i didnt get the head pressure tested, i would have to find a place around who could do it and everything looked good (1200 miles) on the machine, so i didnt bother, checked all valve clearance before disassembly all were in spec,3 were at the (tightest) limit, so on reassembly i shimmed them to mid spec... vacuumed filled the coolent so there shoukd be no wondering if coolent is lost due to air pockets before... sled started n ran great , put 1 heat cycle in it.. ill let cool and do another heat cycle , probably 3-4 of em and hope thd coolent stays where its supposed to be..i love working on sleds but this job was not enjoyable!!! thanks for the help n suggestions from everyone especially turbo flash who gave me some tips n tricks n parts numbers etc... hopefully this ends this post lol

Judging by the pic, it looks like the right cylinder pictured was the one getting coolant in it.
