Took machine apart and did my yearly maintenance. Never found any major problems . 9000km and sled.
Some pick of Top gear, brake side bearing and jack shaft bearing. Bearings were packed 7600km ago. top gear has 9000km on it.
I also compare the top gear of this machine with 9000km and top gear of another viper with 6500km The gear with 9000km has more slop when on shaft but I never had any problems and teeth on gear is good. The 2 gears together the one on the left had 9000km. the gear by it self has 9000kmAfter old grease was cleaned out of bearing they looked great. just repacked them.

Yes the bushing is wore but some coating is still on one side. Shaft don't have a mark on it. And gear teeth don't have nicks in them. How does the driveshaft look?

For 9000km I think the gear, is not bad . I normally change it around 6500 to 7000km.
Yes not too bad. How about the driveshaft? Did bearing spin on it?.

Can you replace the bushing, or do you have to replace the whole gear?

I have done the gear in the pass on my other viper. This time I'm going to try replacing the bushing. I have some bushings coming .Can you replace the bushing, or do you have to replace the whole gear?

I have the PCZ1616 E coming as that what I could get. I have to trim a little off this bushing as it a little to long.
