I just noticed that several of my center studs have hit my exhaust pipe several times and almost ripped a hole through my pipe. I am running Woody's 1 3/8" I did run about 50 mile with the revolver bolt missing and track was all out of whack. Maybe this caused the problem.
Anyone else have studs hitting the exhaust pipe?

Nope no hitting for me and I run 1.4" studs. I haven't even hit the protectors yet. I seem to have a LOT of clearance. I am running doo extros mabybe that helps.

I had the studs hit the rear bulkhead and cooler, it also hit the charge tube without damaging it. I had a serious bottoming followed buy a 2 meter or 6 ft high jump, landing on the lake ice with the tail first. I have 1.375" Studboys. I have added 6-7 millimeters or 1/4" to the tunnel protectors, enough to keep the studs away from my rearmount exhaust and aluminum charge tubes, the rubber charge tube hose got hit tho.

I think the the Rx-1's have more clearance than the Apex. I hoping to hear from some Apex guys. If everyone is o.k. then it was probably due to my rear bolt coming out of the revolver.
PS. Anyone know what the stock exhaust pipe is made of? I was wondering if I can weld it if I punch a hole in it.

340 miles miles and I never hit the protectors on my 03 rx. I was jumping it pretty good to and never had a issue. Running 1.4" studs
