ZX2 shipping estimates?

I received my ZX2 today

I was told mine was ready, just waiting for money to show, when the money showed up I asked if it had shipped I got the following reply;


"Guys be patient, I need your help there.

every time i answer one of your e-mail, there is a suspension shippement that get.delay.

I Say I answer all my e-mail but right now I need a break for one to two weeks so I can finish my shippement of the ZX-2."

A simple yes or no or a ship date would have taken less time to type.
I guess were just supposed to wait.

lets be patient..skid wont take long to install and you probably couldnt ride right now anyways..heck my sled is not even at the dealer yet..ive parted out 3 sleds and let me tell you its alot of work just to answer all the emails let along boxing things up..im sure jeff is doing the best he can so lets give him some time..

ZX2 looks easy to mount but there is one problem. If you had an expert x mounted in your tunnel the front holes interfere with the front holes of the ZX2. So some modifications will have to be done. I am going to mount a 4"x4" stainless plate to the outside of the tunnel to add strength to the front mounting hole.

obr - no problems, I only charge you my usual IT consultant fee of kr 750.00 NOK + tax for an hour of work, and since I'm new at installing the ZX2 it may take a while, so if you got the money I'll gladly install it for you LOL.

BTW - have you got any balance and shipping cost info yet?

Nope, I'm still waiting...sent him a mail 3-4 days ago asking how much he would need to set the balance right with shipping and all. I'm probably shipping mine through Jetcarrier, so if you ship your all the way to Lakselv from them, it will probably be a different story...

I will have it shipped by the mail services, takes 10-14 days or so but it's cheaper that way. What's the shipping time using Jetcarrier, and at what cost?

rxrider: Jetcarrier can get it by sea or air. I order all my stuff through them. Atleast stuff that cost this much, They fix everything regarding customs, insurance and so on. Could probably get it cheaper, but not easier. Not everyone wants to ship outside US, and with Jetcarrier, you get an adress in the US for people to ship to. Really easy.

Now...any mails yet? Waiting on mine...guess they are really stressed out at the moment.. sled is in parts again, so I guess there's no real hurry right now...
