I was riding in Canada and there weren't many bumps at all. I had the revolver pins at 1 & 4 and it still had ski lift. The front A-Arms are just above level. I am wondering if I lower them to level, turn up the dampening on the Ohlins front shocks and leave the revolver pins at 1 & 4 if that will help. What do you guys think? Thanks as always guys!

That will help you yes. Get those arms level by reducing the preload with the skis in the air to almost zero, but not zero.
Last resort is dropping the limit strap, I have never looked but I assume we have adjustment on the ZX2 for that.
1/4 on mine just rails. 2/4 and I wheelie all day long.
It may be that the springs inital preload are too soft and yours will be different. How much lift are you getting? 6", 3', etc?

Pre-load on new shock springs is at 5, revolver at 1/4 and the spring preload on front Ohlins with sled in the air is set with collar just touching the spring plus one turn tighter. I weigh in at 230 in street clothes. Ski lift in turns depends on how sharp the corner is, but could be 6"+ at times. Just not nearly as assuring as other sleds I have tried.
My thought was to leave the revolver at 1/4, loosen up on the front springs until arms are level or just a hair above level (I intend to use a level) and then tighten the dampening to help absorb the bumps. My concern is going too stiff on preload and making the rear ride too harsh.
Any thoughts? Thanks as always!

You could pull up the limiter straps one hole, I have tried that, I feel you're giving away on the ride quality to get the skis on the ground. I run the skid with stock strap setting, revolver 1/4 and 3-4 on the spring preload, works great in my turbo sled.

So the ski lift is not when drag racing its when you are exiting a corner?
What sway bar do you have? I'm pretty sure rxrider and I know I have a 13mm bar and she's flat.
Yeah if you up the preload any more your going to take away all that soft initial part of the spring you just paid $180 for. Next step is to drop the limit strap one hole and back off the preload to 3 or 4 and ride that.

One thing to add not sure when you would want to try this but if its just pulling the skis up in the corner and your on a stock sway bar, do the opposite of what this site says and crank your preload way up on the front shocks, we had to do this to my Dad's vector along with a strap down one hole to get it to rail. Maybe something you could try before adjusting the limit strap on the zx2. If anything it will give you the extreme of both sides of that front preload and calibrate your butt to what that actually does.

I did put in the heavier sway bar. Perhaps the CG is just too high. For now, I am going to try the A-Arms at just above level, tighten up on the dampening, and go from there. Thanks!

Forgot to say I run 50 lbs of preload in my Fox Floats up front. With the rough trails I ride around here I want to have a bit of ski lift to have the skis riding on top of moguls and to be able to throttle the sled over ditches when needed.
