Checked my wheels today and noticed that pretty much all 4 wheels were chewed up. Has anyone gone with an aftermarket wheel and bearings that last longer? If different wheels are added is there any further mods need or just bolt up and tension track and go? I need new ones but dont want to...

It can "go bad" a lot faster now. Ive had gas go bad in my raptor in as short as a month and had to clean out the jets. Just make sure your using it a lot or putting a fuel treatment in. Ethanol allows the gasoline to bring in moisture faster.

Thats a mean looking exhaust. You gotta get a clip of it with some load on it riding it around. Bet it sounds nasty.

I dont have an EVAC on mine. I got mine from supertuner and just extended the vrank vent line up to the steering post and capped it with a small k$n filter that fit in the end of the hose. Works great with no oil misting.

Well found out that two of the coils are shot and are $90 a piece. Thought they fixed this in '04?

Just brought it into the shop today but before I had it in i noticed some arching between one of the plug caps and the top of the motor. Could this be contributing to the idle/bogging problem?

Got the silver springs in there. And thats good to know about temp. Like Sled dog said, Ill have to have em test ride it as they probably didnt do that the first time. Thanks guys.

As far as cleaning my carbs when I installed the new jets I used some carb cleaner and checked for debris. I didnt go nuts but everything looked good. Plugs are brand new and were installed at the shop so I would hope they gapped em correctly. My local yami dealer charges $75 for a carb...
