Is your current Yamaha really that bad?

I blead bleed blue. I currently have a Yamaha Waverunner and Grizzly. I had many Yamaha snowmobiles in the past including an SRV, two Attacks, two Apexes, and an Apex with power steering (I really liked the Apexes at one time). I wanted a 2 stroke trail machine and bought an Arctic Cat...

2 stroke 3000-5000 miles is it????

My friend caught his 2015 Switchback 800 on fire 2 years ago, but it was his fault. He left the parking brake on and it got so hot that the sled caught fire. It melted the wiring, battery, and cooling tank. We used snow to put out the fire just like in the video. I wonder if this is why the...

Last year of the Apex - "share your Apex memories"

I have bled blue for a very long time. I have had one Apex GT, two Apex Attacks, and an Apex with power steering that I still have. This year I sold my Arctic Cat F800 (never liked the sled due to it's inferior build quality and issues) and bought a Polaris Rush and a Polaris Switchback. I...

    Yamaha Cutting Production for 2019

It really is to bad that Yamaha hasn't designed an all new performance sled since the Apex. Over the years I had an Apex GT, 2 attacks and my current Apex with power steering. I still have the Apex with power steering as my backup/lake sled but decided awhile back that I needed a better...

    High Prices on Used Sleds....

I have a mint condition 2006 Attack with 3100 miles listed on the Albany NY Craig's list (I bought a new sled last week). I have not had one reply and it is listed for $3950. I know it will sell in the fall, but I thought there would be some interest in it now.

    thoughts on old new sleds?

I purchased a 2011 standard Apex leftover for $8999 2 weeks ago. The dealer still has a 2011 SE leftover for $10,149.

    Drove all the Vipers today.

I also was at the test ride this weekend. On the way to the ride I drove my friends Nytro. The Nytro fatigued me in the short distance I rode it. The Viper was a nice sled, but for my style of riding I preferred the Apex with power steering.

    Looking to grease the apex

I have a 2007 Apex and a 2006 Attack, and also have never been able to get the rear swing arm to except grease. I have tried everything including heating the fittings. If anyone has solved this problem please let me know.

    Buying sled

I own a 2006 Attack and a 2007 Apex GT. I like the Attack better than the Apex. The longer track provides a better ride.

    Apex GT vs Attack

I have owned a 2007 Apex GT for 2 years and two weeks ago purchased a 2006 Attack as a second sled. We had a snowstorm the week I bought the Attack and I was able to put almost 300 miles on it. The Attack rides noticeably better on the trails than the Apex. The Attack steers harder than the...

    looking at 06 apex rtx

I picked up a 2006 Attack 2 weeks ago for $3500. It had 2100 miles on it, was in excellent condition, and included many accessories. This time of year there are a lot of good deals.
