Drag race... Apex Mtn w/MCxpress and 280 lb rider vs 1000 Cutler M7 and 130 lb rider. From a dead stop across a meadow many times - Cutler by one sled length for first 20 feet, by 300 feet Apex was 3 lengths ahead. At the end of the run - maybe 1000 feet, the Apex was 100 feet ahead. So "yes"...

I think the "leak" issue will not occur during running. It will occur when the machine is shut off and cool with metal contracted. Not a big deal until you have a small "puddle" collected in the exhaust side housing that will burn off and smoke the next time you run the machine. It may look...

Good point Chubby. I would guess that some oil would leak out of the "downside" seal because the drain is in the center of the center section.... ummm.
