Seriously??? Are you going to have a big update later? Or are you just going to meet the lady that cleans your teeth at the dentist's office?pok'r good said:Hey if anyone was hoping for something really entertaining today? I'm going to the dentist at 1:00pm this afternoon.

Anyone else notice that arctic cat now builds 14 sleds for Yamaha and Yamaha builds 13 of their own?
If I were thinking seriously about a new Viper (which I'm not), my biggest concern would be QA. I think the guys that bought 2014's got the best that Cat could offer because YMC insisted upon better build quality standards AND THEY ENFORCED THEM. Yamaha needed the 2014's to be a success. I'm not so sure Yamaha will be watching as closely for the 2015 builds, and I think quality will suffer as a result. Either way, I'm out.
As for the guys thinking that YMC was coming out with a new model every year for the next 5 years ... they've done that. Go back and read CR's blog. No one ever said that YMC would produce a new mill or a new chassis.
Blinders off. Anxiously waiting to see what Doo does this year, although not expecting much from any OEM at this point.

No No I'm getting a filling. but I'm half #*$&@ considering having them pull a couple just to take the sting off of this NEW release. My Dentist is a snowmobiler… He'll do it if I ask.
The best looking sled for 2015 is the black Nytro…… go figure.

Its sad, I think we are all seeing the demise of true yammie sleds. The ironic thing is, many yammie faithful bought these "cats" to help this happen.
Why didnt all the viper buyers just go buy a cat?
I think Yammie is slowly bowing out, and will simply end up being a motor builder for cat. Sure they might still have a yammie sled for sale but it will simply be a cat in blue.

The X-TX LE and L-TX LE are just about what I have been looking for. Deep lug track with good suspension under it. I need an off trail biased sled with a deep lug long track to get to my cabin in the woods but I still need some trail manners for the rest of the riding I do. But, I really dislike the color choice. ORANGE? Really?

The Viper MTX is a new sled...and it will be exclusive...as Arctic Cat won't even field an M7000. They know there will be next to no market. Don't understand why Yamaha can't see this...ALL SLEDDERS KNOW.
You guys want more power? Just get an Arctic Cat M9000...same sled, 177hp and it's just as reliable as Yammy's engine.

Yamahas new sled this year is a 7 year old engine in a 4 year old chassis with a CARGO RACK. WOW.

If I wanted an Arctic Cat product I would go buy one plain and simple. I've ridden Yamaha's since 02 for 1 reason and 1 reason only. I put a ton of miles on per year and they were the most reliable. All our other buddies rode cat and they slowly all switched to Yammi because of major issues with the Cats.
Yamaha is taking their best quality away from us.
