2017 Sidewinder EPS Install Video and Info

That's my hold up with ordering parts. All of the small parts mean nothing if you can't get the actual EPS unit.

I now have all the parts needed sent from Country Cat EXCEPT for the EPS,PROGRAMMED-G7 ASSY V3

They will show. I had all that stuff and waited on small parts. Those motors are made in distributed in the U.S.

It would be really great if we could just buy it direct from them but the "Programmed" in the Yamaha/Arctic Cat part description makes me think there is custom programming for how they work.... meaning you can only buy OEM.

"programmable"... not "programmed" to Yamaha specs.

My only concern is they are closing doors and getting rid of most of the people. I’m sure my non-warranty part is not high on the priority list with the people that are left processing orders.
The good thing is 8 months until the snow flys again.

OK cool. I will have to check with my dealer again. They require pre-payment for special order parts and I wasn't about to spend $1500 on parts that I had no idea if they would ever arrive.

I order all my stuff from Port Washington Yamaha and they will cross ref for me to be sure the order gets filled. Lately its been coming from Cat but a few will come from Yamaha.

I just received my last part today from my March order, the EPS unit. Very happy that I now have everything to proceed with the conversion.
FYI- The EPS part number has changed.
1705-667 IS SUPERSEDED TO 1705-709 EPS, PROGRAMMED-G7 ASSY (SNOW).
