Or even better yet, if u have a Cat with the junk Team primary which has the center roller bearing, just turn jackshaft without removing belt. Hardly any drag. Lol

Yikes. I’m about to go into my chain case in prep for the upcoming season. This is the first I heard of the sintered gear. I was up in the air between ordering the bushing, or the DMC gear. This thread made that decision for me. I called Turbo Dynamics who ensured me that the gear I’m buying is billet. I also ordered some brass shift fork pads. As far as the tensioner goes, iirc, the issue is the nut backing off? So a tack weld will fix the issue?
I also received my plastic delete kit & HD wheels from Travis yesterday. Thanks Travis! So I’ll have some garage time coming up.

I swapped my top gear out tonight for a DMC top gear. Very little play in my stock one, approx 2,200klm on it. Looks to be billet in my 23 GT.

No, the issue with the tensioner is the screws that hold the wheel i to the arm come loose or fall out all together! Tighten screws then tack weld or use red loctite.Yikes.
