i have the same sled and was wondering what length studs you put in yours? i keep hearing so many different things about lengths anything from 1.320 up to 1.875Update so far. Studded center of track. 192 mega bite. All doubles. STM tunnel protectors. Added BRP rear scratchers. Fit nicely under the tunnel flares when not in use. Hurricane gold charge tubes. 4th wheel kit installed with Barn of Parts plastic deletes kit. LJE trail courtesy light. View attachment 179300View attachment 179301Next up will be scaggs. Big thanks to my Brother in law and Father in law for the help.

The Woody's 1.45 size or Stud Boy 1.50 size are the most common and the safest for your tunnel vents. I run 192 Woody's 1.45 Gold Digger studs down the middle on my 2017 LTX SE (all in double backers) and will be doing the same for the 2025 LTX LE that we bought last spring. Plenty of people do run longer studs but there can be more risk of damage to the sled or bent/broken studs. I think the 1.45 (or 1.50 size in Stud Boy) are a happy medium of hookup and long life.i have the same sled and was wondering what length studs you put in yours? i keep hearing so many different things about lengths anything from 1.320 up to 1.875

Can you share the stud pattern you used for 192 down the middle? My sled is in for service and they installed 192 studs - an expensive mistake (I asked for a light pattern down the middle for lake safety). I don't need to be at the end of the lake first. Now I'm on the Camso site this morning looking at stud integrated tracks. If they installed studs on the outside, I'm shopping for a new track. I would welcome recommendations here. The Woody's 1.45 size or Stud Boy 1.50 size are the most common and the safest for your tunnel vents. If they put studs outside of the windows and you don't want them there, just remove them. The holes won't cause any issues.

I used the woody's pattern and added a second double where the single was. Will see how it works soon I hope.

I hate how the Woody's patterns are always so far from the windows. When I use their patterns, I spread the pattern to have the edges of the backers on the widest rows to be within about 1/4" of the windows.I used the woody's pattern and added a second double where the single was. With the plastic Stud Boy Super Lites never had a problem going Even with the window on the edge of the Big Double backers. Gives you some more scratch linesI hate how the Woody's patterns are always so far from the windows. I'm not racing so it doesn't bother me too much about the extra scratch lines. I was looking for safe, trail riding mainly. But I do agree with the studs being able to go wider then they are.
