Excell intake rocks. It not only increases Hp It also stop loss of HP when riding in the powder. Before I put it on my front intake would plug full of snow because of my bumper and loose power.

excells clutch kit using the existing clutch components works awesome. They provide you with everything you need to change to the 8dn and different weight in your weights. Well worth the $$$$$$. It includes the belt.

Cat clutches are different. They do have a kit for the cat, but not sure how it compares. Call them and ask Aaron About it. He knows his stuff. I even asked him about a header and he said there is no point in putting one on, you will not gain anything.this is for the cat version(cat clutches are different)

Check all bearing in clutch and bushings. I had a friend end his trip with both bearing and bushings gone. I will be doing this as a yearly maintenance as I put on many miles.

Have you been running Cats, if you have we should be asking you about the suspension side. As far as the motor, change oil and everything else should be good.
While the oil is drained open your chain case and have a look, WATCH that washer on the end of the reverse gear shaft, if all is good in there put in fresh oil there as well.
Grease the clutch side Brg. as well as the track drive shaft Brg.
If all your Brg's are good, fresh oil, fresh belt, life should be good for another trouble free season.

i have the suspension set the way i like now...torsion springs on 2 and the front track shock about 1 inch spun up and floats at 75 lbs . However my sleds in the shop right it appears the oil tank is leaking out a crack in the tab, clearly it either took a bump or when they replaced the cracked chain case cover they snugged it up to much. Makes me pretty nervous about messing with it. Also my one float seem to have lost air a couple times so im getting those checked and what not as the warranty is over now in a week or so.
I plan to check all the bearings and stuff...sliders look like new but im cautions may replace anyway.
Anyone have input on iridium plugs? any gain in doing it? idle or better starting?
