Aftermarket clutch weight testing from this weekend

Very good. Have tried a different helix yet and is your secondary 6/1? Poor snow flap !!!!

Haven't received my helix yet.....next step is pulling the secondary off of my Nytro and going with some helix's I have for the older clutch to see what angles are needed.

My secondary is still stock and stock setting

Put the first 200 miles on the BTX LE over the weekend. All stock except Thunder products clutch kit. 8650-8800 rpm with very cool clutch temps. Awesome pull compared to stock setup. Had another exact sled there that was completely stock and there was a noticeable difference. We both rode both sleds and had the same opinion. Gained 2-3 sled lengths over stock in a short run.

Thanks any info on the secondary ?
You must have missed the secondary torque specs on the link........it's 43 ft. lbs.

It's a single stage torque value on the secondary unlike the primary. Just torque your secondary bolt to 43 and you're good to go.

Oh ok thanks ya I did miss that I just got my clutch kit and have a D&d exhaust how does this setup look to everyone going to install it tonight if everything looks good
#1 hole where the dowl goes takes the 3/4" cap screw.
#2 is the 3/8 aluminum bolt and the #1 is the 3/8 steel bolt and 1 Thick washer.

Yes on the kit setup. But 3/4 set screw in #1. Careful with the can of you don't have a tune this sled will lean out with a can and no fuel adjustments.

Sorry I do have the 3/4" set screw in. And as far as exhaust goes D&d told me i was fine to run it with nothing that's a 15hp gain but if I remove the insert it gets louder and a 25hp gain but I would need a fuel controller then. What do I need for a fuel controller ?

If your running their can ( D & D ) I would use what they recommend.

Stock output LTX LE do I need to add anything to the TP kit or run as set up?

Looks like it is set up as follows
3/4" allen in heel
3/8" Aluminum in the middle
3/8" Steel with 1 Thin washer

Thanks
