Is that the same sled I saw you on in the u-tube vid w/buddies and the snow chuck hit you in the chest and filled your goggle hole up with lol.

Put secondary at 3-3 also.

Tip is the #1 hole right? Sorry I don't have book or kit with me what does the spin do on the different numbers in the secondary does it affect rpms as well? I'll change it but just trying to learn what everything does?
And does anyone have the torque specs on the primary 10mm bolts and the smaller secondary bolts ? Thanks

for those having the pocket in the secondary machined to reduce spring bind...anyone willing to disclose how much material to be removed? I have access to local machine shop with all the necessary equipment, but owner is not a sled head..and will simply take off how ever much I tell him to. And frankly I have no idea haha. Feel free PM me if preferred

If we could get a picture of the clutch with the area circled that needs to be cut out would be even better.

View attachment 125033 .070 You can see where. It's VERY shiney. And not black with belt dust that seems to like my sled. Lol
NOS PRO did mine. I can't claim the fame. I would think this could be done by a machinist in your area guys. Hoping this helps with my issues. And others also.

How do the torlon rollers work? Just picked up a set today.
Good so far. And also these were Cats replacement rollers for the ones they started with in 2012 that were recalled I beleive..
Tough material. Look up Torlon if your wondering what they are made of

Does the machining fix problems on stock clutching? Does some of the aftermarket clutching fix issues alone or is it recommended to machine clutch even with those set ups?
