Allen, do you need to add fuel through the pod with AirBox mod? Also, are you done testing with the fuel controller yet.... Is there any gains found so far?

As stated in the instructions for this modification, the only time you need to add any fuel is if you have a low end hesitation. If you do not have a hesistation or bog there is no need for added fuel. We are continuing testing with our fuel controller and production units are pretty much ready. We are just making sure all settings are correct and testing in as many conditions as we can with the low snow that everyone has had this season it has slowed the testing down some.

How does the AirBox mod work with Skinz Ultra-Q exhaust?

Sorry Jensen, we have only tested the modified air box with the stock exhaust system at this time.

Allen, don't you sell the Excel exhausts? If so, a Nice package with the Airbox mod with a Fuel Controller. Any thoughts on offering the whole thing or atleast testing with the excell with your other mods.

Andy, I just finished up a MOD air box to send to Excell and sending a fuel controller to them as well. We are quitely working on a few different packages. I currently have not tested the MOD air box with the exhaust, but several customers have with great results. (Hey Aaron, you hear that? I need another exhaust! LOL!)

Aaron has been running with our clutching, air box mod, Excell exhaust, and the Powercommander for about 400 miles now with some real impressive results (like beating a F1000 that was previously beating him). Still dialing things in, but it's coming together nicely!

I now have a exhaust system coming for my own sled as well to get some more testing in. We're getting hammered with snow right now!

Hey Allen, Did you ever get any ideas on how much the fuel Controller, Excel exhaust and Airbox mod would cost for the whole package and how would it perform?
Thanks,
Andy

Fuel controller, excell exhaust, and air box mod would be $1240 total. I would also recommend the ignition controller which would bring the whole package to $1595 and would require 91 octane fuel.
With the Powercommander, air box mod, and Excell exhaust you should see 6-8 hp gain in the midrange and 5-6 hp on top end. The ignition controller would allow an additional 8-10 hp midrange and 2-3 hp on top end.
