Want to pick up 3-4 hp without your buddies knowing? With the Stealth MOD Air box you will see an increase in horsepower on top end of 3-4 hp and stock sounding! We will have an exchange program where you remove your air box and ship us the lower portion of it. The same day it arrives we will return ship you the Stealth MOD Air Box!! Pricing and pictures of the modifications hopefully will be posted here or at our website (http://www.ulmerracing.com) this weekend.
Apex & Attak Stealth Air Box Mod
-Slightly improved low end HP!
-3 to 4 HP gain on top end!
-As quiet as stock!
-Runs on 87 octane fuel!
-No fuel injection mods required!
-$225
***There is no return or refund after receiving an air box. Yes the modification is simple, but we have spent the time and money to test and dyno this setup. You can easily lose 3-4 hp by altering the air box as well. This modification has been field tested & dyno proven. We will not accept returns or refund your money after you have seen the modifications and then decide you can modify your own.***

Allen,
Did you have the stock spark plugs in this machine? Or did you have the CR10EK's? Do you see any potential issues with running the EK's with this mod ? Do you have any pics of what the modded box looks like?
Thanks and nice job.

I have ran this with both the stock spark plugs and with the CR10EK plugs with no issues with either setup.
Pictures and pricing information will come this weekend.

Brian,
Going off of results seen on the asphalt in 1/4 mile there is 1 tenth of a second and almost 2 mph. That speed increase keeps getting larger the farther you race. They are calling for snow this weekend, lets keep our fingers crossed that we can get some testing in as this will require some fine tuning to the clutches as well.

It will depend on how good your dealer is. Any warranty is only as good as the dealer you're dealing with. Somethings covered under warranty will not be covered at another dealer unfortunately.

I already have stage II clutching installed by F&S. Would my clutching need to be modified if I get this mod?

Actionjack, it will likely require adding a washer to the tip of each weight.

Less total force spring, add a little tip weight, or go to less secondary spring pressure will be some of the options you would have to adjusting the stock clutching with the MOD air box.
