As of right now, it is snowing, but most of our snow has left. Feilds and hillsides are brown. Should still be some snow in the woods, but not worth the trip here to ride. Snow in the forcast for 7 of next 10 days, but i dont see any amounts....
i would say we need at least a good 6-10 to make the trails good again. I will keep you posted on snow accumulation.

SNOW IS HERE!!! Yesterday the trails were flat and fast, did a long ride with Rockmeister to Gaylord, Grayling, Lovells, Lewiston, back home.... very few bumps.... And now, we are in the beginning of a snow storm, I am not sure how much is coming, but there is already 2 inches and it just started snowing less than an hour ago!!!

OK, here is the skinny, we got a solid, i mean solid (snow/rain mix crusty snow stuff) 2 inches last night, i have NOT been out, but assume the trails are in excellent shape. They were good before the new stuff, so this hard on top, should make for wonderful trail riding, the off trail stuff, probably not so good with the rain we got.
IMHO, should be a good weekend to ride!!! Have fun and be safe.
