will Yamaha cover a battery that is less than a year old? I have a dead cell in mind, in a 2015 LTX

I thought they no longer cover the battery. Maybe I'm wrong
There was no battery warranty last I heard. Worth checking on though since Yuasa has now stopped using China. Maybe OEM's are covering now.

Mine died in the first 3 months. My dealer checked it and reported a problem which my diagnostic charger also reported. My dealer fought for me and Yamaha covered replacement.
