My shaft looked just like that tried to get the last day of out trip out of it but came up 125 miles short, shaft snapped in half. Did get new shaft and aluminum collars from Yamaha under warranty and took the new shaft to a friend who has a machine shop and had him make me 2 out of solid stainless, tap both ends and use bolts on each side, no more long bolt. Its heaver than stock but will never bend again. I got a better lower shock bushing from Hygear. I also run a dual rate spring with pro adjuster from Hygear on the center shock.

$71 with taxSteve how pricy is this steel shaft set up?
That’s for the double bolted Swiss one out of Minnesota.$71 with tax
Here. $45 for a replacement eyelet and $5 for the bushing. This is not the hard plastic bushing the standard shock has. This is what Factory Fox Qs3r has.Right. I said FOX spec. I will round one up and post pic. Guys the Qs3r has Cat springs on it and Cat spec parts. Such as this bushing. There is differences. Still a very good shock at heart.
