Yes, $150.00 for 3 or $50.00 each. He said his regular price was $60.00 ea. He also said installation was easy, cut, install, tighten clamps.I heard about that booth from a friend. Somehow I missed it. If I ever have issues in there again, I am gonna go in that direction. looks like a good system. did you get any prices to do all 3 on the nytro?

Where was that when I needed it last season.........
Price sounds reasonable. its a one time fix.
Looks like a good system. I hope those clamps stay tight on the pipe.

Alan heads are the dumbest bolts to ever be invented IMO. If that get stuff they will most likely always round out.I rounded off the bolts on the header and ended up just drilling out the rivets holding the mounting bracket to the tunnel. Slowed things down a little bit, but wasn't a big deal in the end. I hate allen head bolts.

Damn I wish I would have seen these. I would have much rather put those in then try and get those copper ones in. My hands look like I have been brawling with a bear they are so cut up from trying to scrap the old donuts out. Its tough to get the crap off the bottom side of the flex pipes. I have found dental tools work pretty good for this.I know this is a little late for your situation but I was at the Toronto sled show last weekend and saw this at one of the booths.

Update on this job. I ended up just buying new clamps and bolts. The clamps got a little twisted when I pulled them out. There cheap enough I figured this was the easier route then making the old ones work. So now I'm waiting on the parts. Hopefully everything goes back together smoothly. I thought this would be an hour job but I should know better that none of my projects go as planned haha.

It was probably easier for us because we replaced the entire exhaust, but once you drill the rivets you can slide the header pipe back out of your way.Damn I wish I would have seen these. By the way, our old gaskets were nonexistent! I mean there was nothing left of them at all - completely blown out...we found one small piece laying on the heat insulation under that area.

I've done this on several XTX Nytros now. I removed the seat, took out the exhaust bolts and loosened up the donut clamps. Per instructions I read on this site, I moved the exhaust back a couple of inches, then took a pair of vice grips to compress one side of the expansion joint. Took a little work to get the old one off, but there was just enough room to slip in the new copper gasket. Hopefully I'll not have to do it again any time soon. Really like the OFT Racing copper exhaust gaskets.
