Never blew a belt on all the sleds in my signature! Break them in, let them warm up and I always changed them out 1000-1200 miles max. So far belt looks great on my untuned winder. We shall see when I tune it!

Why would anyone run a belt on a turbo sled and not change after about 1200 miles? Why would you run it till it blows? If you ride slow no studds, ok, but it f you use it then they wear measure width of belt. There is a minimum width before their no good.Never blew a belt on all the sleds in my signature! I've got 6,000 miles on my first and original belt...
You may have the 'Winder record!
Heck, rumor has it SOUPY put number 15 belt on & it blew before the side cover was even on.
Doesn't matter how he rides it........if he even gets to ride it

I will run my next belt as far as i can just for chits & giggles.
After that i plan on changing mid season or every 1500 miles no matter what.
