No worries... Yamaha first attempt at roller clutch... Cat roller was latest and last version after roller problems themselves... All good in the neighborhood

put in cat rollers, pulled secondary apart and spring is 3+3, put back on sled with thunder adjuster (sweet!), then put thunder venom kit on primary. rode around yard a few times, very smooth, will update after riding some more.
Can anything go wrong if riden with flat spots on the rollers ?
Boom... Blown belt

promised an update, this thing kicks some serious @$$. immediately noticed the difference with the clutch kit. very smooth and arm pulling strong. this was my first clutch mod. to any first timers unsure, easy to do if you know which end of the wrench to hold. no pullers etc needed for either clutch job. a super BIG thanks to the company and a fellow TY guy for talking with me before i dug in. not enough snow yet......

Flat spot on one of my rollers and another one appears to be just starting. Ordered Ulmer rollers last week and need them by Thursday for a trip up north.
