flat spot on driven roller

How is the team clutching holding up on the thunder cats. Anyone know.

I checked my low milage unit. Rollers show no signs of flat spots.

Thanks again........ Joe
Not saying you have flat spots, but you really got to look at them in the right light. a lot of light. I had a couple small flats .. 50 miles

my low mileage unit has zero...checked...the polished ramps might not be hurting me (yet)

57 miles on mine and one had a flat spot. In go cat rollers. Apparently they didn't test with these rollers.

Mine are still round at 450 miles. Is this bad rollers or are they binding?

another 100 kms yesterday, one small flat spot now

it essentially becomes a button clutch...obviously the material is too soft..

fyi if one wants to experiment for less money...theres a regular (non torlon) version for $8.50 ish

Do pins come out easy after screw is removed?
Remove screw, use big flat head screw driver to relieve tension off roller and use magnet to pull pin up and out. 2 minutes

Easy to relieve pressure on rollers, just twist helix a touch, just wasn't sure how tight pins were.I had few Cat's with roller secondary clutches, Thundercat, Zrt 800 and a few Firecats, never any issues with clutches. Many other issues but they had secondary figured out.

60 miles LTX-SE, still 8750 rpm and clutch looks like it's shifting out good....2 out of 3 rollers were touching helix ramps, the ones that were touching had flat spots....Sled is bone stock.......i hope the cat rollers work
