Fuse box relocate kits are now in stock. This kit will relocate the fuse box so fuses are accessible with just removal of clutch side panel. In the factory location fuses are quite difficult to access and the function labeling is not visible.

Bracket mounts to frame by utilizing the two belt guard mounting holes. Longer bolts will be provided.

Bracket contains hole pattern to match up the the factory fuse box bracket. Existing bolts used. Lock nuts will be provided

In the new location, the fan plug no longer reaches the plug in the harness, so the kit will include a jumper lead with plug and play ends to make the connection. We will offer the lead in a stock version and a reverse polarity version for those that want to reverse the fan.

All holes are laser cut for precise and consistent fit ups. Material is 1/8" aluminum.

Sell price is $100.

Finished a trial fit up on fuse box relocate kit today. This kit will relocate the fuse box so it is easily accessible by just taking the side panel off. No need to take hood off to see and access the fuses and relays. Below are some specs.

While not shown in the prototype, the bottom plate will be extended to offer protection to all portions of wiring exposed above the belt guard. This will ensure the wire loom is adequately protected during a belt tear. The factory belt guard is very light gauge material.

A decal displaying the function and location of all fuses and relays will be present on the side to aid in quick and easy change outs.

VERY COOL! Especially the fan connector reverse. YOU CAN DO THE FAN REVERSE WITH THIS AND NOT MODIFY THE EXISTING WIRING!

Great work!

Nice when will these kits be available ?

What is the plus on the reverse fan option?

Blows water vapor out the front of the machine, rather than up around the gauges. Mainly for folks that don't want to put frog skins on, to keep the snow out, in the first place.

Kind of but not exactly. The fan when on blows directly into the air box opening, reversing the fan stops this. Also the radiator opening can get snow and ice on it and block the air flow, and then turn to steam when it melts, reversing the fan keeps this clear.

Now that makes more sense. And great job on the fuse block re-locate. Only concern would be a blown belt rattling the connections around.

The mount doesn't actually attach to the belt guard. It's mounted to frame and does not make contact with the belt guard. A blown belt would have to pass through the factory guard and our 1/8" bracket to make direct contact with wiring loom or fues box itself.

Might be able to add a clip to the box. I just put mine in like this. I think that box wont interfere.

Thanks for the picture. I was concerned that maybe some sleds had a designated belt holder there. If they did I would want to try and accommodate that.

I will check this afternoon when back in shop if I can get belt in yet.
