i know on mine we just tied the activator in the applied position with a tie wrap. awsome not needing to step on rear brake to shift to reverse.

do it like the last pic,just bend plate towards you enough for the pin not to catch,only have to remove left plastic,i used a small curved pry bar to remove nails

DO NOT DO THIS MOD... If you are moving EVER so slightly, you can cause catastrofic failure. If you dont believe me, i will show you picks of a engine case that had thrown reverse gear through it, due to a faulty middle drive gear. This is absolutely rediculous. The reverse lockout is there for a reason. Do yourselves a favor and put it back on. It may not be you using the atv all the time, the operator may not know.
