This is all well and good but none of the pic's or video's match my set-up. How about how to change the belt on a 2008 Venture Lite with this style assy.

Thats why I noted that this video was for external helix Yamaha clutches. I dont have one like yours around to show you how I do them. I set parking break and grab the internal side sheave and roll it back with my fingers as I push the belt down.

That's the only way I know to change a belt on a Yamaha. I couldn't imagine the inconvenience of having to use some kind of tool to do it.

Would the 12 mm trick wrench idea work on the older vectors and ventures?Yes that a good trick, its a 12mm from your tool kit. I am going to work on another VID for the Sidewinder and I can show that method.
