I have wanted to go this route since mid season last year but couldn't get any feedback from people that had this on a Nytro, so I am wondering since a season has gone by does anyone have experiance with this setup and could give me some input on the improvements this made on the ride. My XTX is to soft and bottoms on the chopped up stuf quite easily. I am pretty sure I am going to pull the trigger on this but any feedback would be helpfull.

Thanx Kyle

I used their front triple rate springs on mine last year and really thought they were on to something with the handling of the sled. One of my buddies had them revalve his dirtbike and a sled with good results. This summer I did the fronts with the trail pro package and had them anodize the outside and inside of the reservoir and shock body black. I can't wait to see how they work.

Sweet, what did they charge you for the anodizing??

Hygear knows what he's doing. You won't go wrong with anything he sells/does. The big problem is he like to be paid really well for anything he touches...

Had trail pro last year on 08 rtx.well worth the $. Ross is out testing on Tug Hill and surrounding area a lot in the winter. He also has a wood chip track . I am sure he earns his $ with all the time he invests in shock setups. I think that is his only business .

I have the sport x package on my xtx now. Unfortunately I didn't get to ride it at the end of last season. I also had the sport package on my phazer. Hygear's spring and valving setups make a huge difference and are well worth the money. The suspension upgrades should be near the top of anyone's performance mod list.

what kind of coin to do revalve and spring...fronts...rears......nothing fancy like the anodizing?
has anyone ridden it yet and how was it?

Kyle,

I struggled with the set up of my 08 Nytro. I made the typical adjustments, ball joints etc. No good. As soon Ross re-valved my rear shock and added heavier torsions, spacers and triple rate fronts, it was like riding a totally different machine. Add some curve xs skis and it turned into a bump eliminating trailer carver. It really brings out the sleds potential. Must do!!
