I AM A TRUE YAMAHA MAN BUT I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING THAT THE BELT STAYS DRY.
I HAVE SEEN THE BELTS GET WET ON OTHER BRAND NEW MACHINES
AND I DONT SEE HOW YAMAHA MADE IT AIR TIGHT.
ANY GRIZZLY OWNERS OUT THERE THAT CAN SPEAK ON THIS??
THAT IS MY ONLY CONCERN WITH THE GRIZZLY AND PREVENTS ME FROM OWNING ONE[/b]

as long as you keep the water above the fenders, it the belt will never get wet...unless you leave the drain plug out. ;)! if you want to go deeper, then you will have to snorkel the grizz.

Never had any problems in water or mud - but never had gone in
to have it over the fenders. This spring when we had all the snow melting some guy tried to cross a river and the current took his atv down stream and ended up with alot of damage :(

I really cant get over not having that plug on the tubing. With that thing gone it just acts like its a huge vacuum and sucks all the water it can in the belt case! Wont let that happen again! That sucked, literly! :D
