Have a 2010 nytro mtx with MCXpress 180 kit on it. I dont know if this has anything to do with the turbo but the other day while riding, the oil light came on and when i checked i had oil sprayed everywhere and it came out of the blow of hose didnt know why though. Refilled the oil tank and went for a little ride and did it again, took off the panel and ran it and its pretty much just pumping oil out of the blow off hose, any idea what could be the problem?

Blown head gasket? Is the crank case breather plugged?

X2 with rxrider,
Oil out the BOV means oil is getting pushed out the Turbo seals and into your charge tube / airbox

i have an oil leak with mine to it's coming out the breather tube from the head so i took it apart, so far found a leak in the turbo flange oil in my inter cooler and still no idea why oil blows out my breather. compression test 210 in all cylinders and leak down test is leaking somewhere can hear it coming out the breather hose from the head

We have been experiencing this on the Viper side. We have an external Positive crancase ventilation system with a ball valve that is sticking. If your motor still runs properly with full hp I would look into your which I think is located in the oil tank. the moisture (condensation) builds up and causes it to stick.

Is it pushing it out the breather and into the airbox, then you have problems....or is it burning it?? Leaking or just missing.

Need to clarify if it's coming out the BOV (Blow Off Valve) due to oil in the intercooler / charge side, or if it's coming out the crankcase breather hose. Two completely different diagnostic paths...

Well I think we found the problem, there is a little pin on the inside on the oil return pump for the turbo. We think that it was not put on correctly and the pin kind of sheared off. This caused the pump to not suck oil from the turbo which in turn caused it to go through the air vent line that is on the turbo to the plenum and out the breather hose.
