Lets add carb springs too. I run Holtzman green carb springs with needles in 3rd position. Pilots 17.5, screws 2 turns out.

MPI Stage 1 SC kit 10 lbs? boost(high boost pulley configuration) at 7000-10,000+ elevations 127.5 mains, 25 pilots screw at 2 3/4 turns out needles stock. Slightly lean at idle (13s on the O2) lean side of range in the mid (mid- high 12's on the O2) and running right on at WFO (11s to low 12s on the O2).
