Missing coolant??

The one we had was a 2017.
If the OP has a 2019 with the same issue, that's scary.
Who knows how many could be out there with defects.
If I had my motor blow, I would magnaflux the head and check for porosity.

Heres the thing I have a 2017 and ran over 30 LBS of boost for 2 seasons 0 issues I also have my 19 SRX also running the 30 LBS Mark and 0 issues

Wow that on stock motor, or headstands done?

I doubt boost pressure would affect this issue. The coolant is leaking through the casting into the oil or into the cylinder.
Higher boost may keep the coolant OUT of the cylinder because of the higher psi.
The higher boost is in the cylinder and does not affect the coolant pressure or the oil pressure

FYI.
Head gasket was the culprit. Pushing coolant under high boost from #3 cyl towards the timing chain compartment.
New head gasket and ARP studs going in.
