I am jealous my marks are 3/8 to half inch from the topView attachment 104938 Got the clutches back from Cannondale and saw the black mark you guys put on there. Nice to see the clutch is really working at it's fullest

It was wiped off with the tighter secondary wind. Wish we would have marked bottom of secondary. Bet lighter wind gives same or better speed without need for primary shifting so far.

Studroes Magnaforces with 1 more magnet in each,Ulmer Helix shimmed,Stock pink spring 3/3 wrap. What weights were used in cannondales Ulmers setup?
Video. We did this many times. Obviously wasn't a flag drop.lol. Same results every time I believe even on Rollins TD would get me on launch and I would reel him in and go by. Some gearing in between TD's and mine might be hot ticket.

7g T,2g washers all in tip. If you are taking what TD ran. What weights were used in cannondales Ulmers setup?

Basically take Ulmer's setup and put his heel weight in the tip and leave the heel empty.
Before this weekend I played with my deflection. If I had one thick washer the root of the cog tooth was even with the top of the sheave and the deflection a little loose. I added one thin washer and I then had nice deflection and about 1/16" if the belt below the root showing.
Now with same shim setup the belt is back to even with the root again so to get same deflection I'll need to add 1 more thin shim. Hard to believe that 120 miles took that much life out of the belt.
Threads also came out of both holes in my RMS belt change tool

But I want my cake and eat it too. The launch is incredible as the video shows. Definitely need separation as I sometimes hook on a launch.

Yea I remember one we got pretty close! TD looking at my sled after a good day ride has less belt dust than yours does. Remember what I said about that tight wrap on secondary. Ditch that belt also. Its done.
