Yes on a 121" RX I could go from wheelies to tight twisty flat in about 5 min. and to that the adjustments on the control rod and Yamahoo!

Ok, TY ride in Munising Michigan with my XTX.
I seriously put this sled through some deep stuff and needed to clutch it better.
For one, this XTX is by far the best sled I have ever owned! 5 feet of snow, tall hill climbs and jumps.... AAA++++++ on all of them!
For the clutching, the Viper is so close stock and my top rpm Saturday night was 9,030 - 92mph and this was on groomed loose snow with stock clutching. I made a helix change yesterday morning and OMG! Same snow conditions 8,860 98mph and pulled away from everyone! If it were hard pack or snow covered ice, I am betting 106-108mph.
I will be fine tuning the stock weights and trying different secondary springs as I don't like the pink spring.
This sled hooks hard, corners awesome (stock skis and 4 inch carbide), transfers like crazy and is amazing off-trail...couldn't be happier!

I'm going to try a white and a silver next time I am out. Also have a timing system I am going to play with which gives me speed trap mph. What twist on the white? 3-3? 6-1? 6-2?

Terry you are spending my money again, LOL, I quess I could call it doing my RESEARCH.
I may be selling the Apex soon and sounding like I would like a VIPER XTX- if you do!!!!
I may have to add this to the Vector stable.
I was thinking of going back to the 4 cylinder with a new APEX will need to follow your posts to stay informed or confused.

Absolutely bud!
I'm very happy with mine and everytime I take it out it gets better and better!
Now, you know how picky I am, I spend a lot of time tweaking to make it the best it can be...and mostly with the stock components.
Last few weeks was suspension and this past weekend was clutching. Still need to fine tune the finish rpm, but ask cannondale27 or Master of Faster....i believe I have it almost dialed in

Thanks bud! You too, be safe and get some miles on
Yes he is ALOT better than mine. Both hooked up and were a bit out of control but once they were settled down he went right by. I am fixing that right now. Remember was just testing Terry
Terry I wouldn't go past 60 degrees with the white. I've seen them coil bind at 70.
