Yes get a better bushing, it will happen if you leave it. You don’t need the shift fork pads . Just spot weld or lock tight the chain adjuster while you are in there

Used green loctite on that last year
Got new Yamaha pads under warranty

Treat it as consumable and change it every year or spent 5 to 8 times the price for good aftermarket. That is always the question with sleds.
