No flash mufflers

Any muffler upgrade that increases HP by a good amount will need a tweak in the tuning. However this motor is pretty resilient and can tolerate some leaner mixtures at low boost pressure. Most of our aftermarket mufflers need a tune because they increase HP too much for the stock tune to handle. Sure you can run it but it's not ideal. We have the TD stock modified muffler that can run with a stock tune because it's doesn't raise HP as much as our higher performance line.

The hurricane-Hindle exhaust does not require a flash in order to use and it adds 16hp.with this muffler you will expect to see the engine run at 10lbs boost at 11.2 -11.5 afr. The afr is well in the factory safe zone and 10lbs boost is the stock boost setting so as to not set any overboost codes

Is that how you keep your warranty intact? in other words will the ECU record any over boost situations and when the tech hooks up to the ECU they will see you modded it and void the warranty? can you flask back to factory from a race flash and erase the memory at all? is there a way to increase HP without sacrificing warranty?
